Ingredients
Guacamole Ingredients
3 ripe organic Haas avocados
½ red onion, chopped
2 tomato-on-the-vine, diced
2-3 tablespoons fresh cilantro
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 lime, freshly squeezed
½ teaspoon sea salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
Pinch of cayenne pepper
Pinch of red pepper flakes
Instructions
Prepare Avocados: Slice each avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the insides into a bowl. Using a fork, mash the avocado until as chunky or smooth as you'd like.
Add Fresh Ingredients: Add the chopped red onion, diced tomatoes, fresh cilantro, and minced garlic to the mashed avocado.
Season the Guacamole: Pour in the freshly squeezed lime juice and add sea salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and red pepper flakes. Stir everything together to combine all the flavors evenly.
Serve: Enjoy the guacamole immediately with tortilla chips, flatbread, or as a topping on your favorite dishes. For best flavor, serve fresh.
Notes
Use ripe avocados for the creamiest texture; they should yield slightly to gentle pressure.
Adjust the level of cayenne and red pepper flakes according to your spice preference.
To keep guacamole green and fresh, store it with plastic wrap pressed directly onto the surface and refrigerate if not serving immediately.
Fresh lime juice adds brightness and helps prevent browning, so don't skip it.
