Ingredients

Wrap Base

  • 1 whole wheat or low-carb tortilla

Protein and Filling

  • 1 can (140 g) tuna, drained
  • 1–2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced

Vegetables

  • 1/2 ripe avocado, diced
  • 1 cup (30 g) chopped romaine lettuce or spinach

Seasoning and Condiments

  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) lemon juice
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Optional: dash of hot sauce or Dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Tuna Mixture: In a mixing bowl, gently combine the drained tuna, diced avocado, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Optionally, add a small amount of Dijon mustard or hot sauce to enhance the flavor.
  2. Assemble the Wrap: Lay the tortilla flat on a clean surface. Evenly distribute the chopped romaine lettuce or spinach over the tortilla. Spoon the tuna and avocado mixture on top of the greens, then place the sliced hard-boiled eggs evenly over the filling.
  3. Roll and Serve: Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it tightly to form the wrap. Slice the wrap in half diagonally or as preferred, then serve immediately.
